We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Advisor to join our Glasgow Head Office team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders and enquiries are handled reputed company and effectively. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

We are looking for an reputed company Customer Service Advisor who has a proven reputed company record of working in a customer-reputed company environment and has demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment. You will have:
- A proven reputed company record of working in a customer-reputed company environment, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience of working in the hire industry would be advantageous, but not essential
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and be highly organized, with a reputed company on accuracy and efficiency
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including reputed company and Word
Essential Qualifications
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
