As a Full Stack Customer Service & Sales Representative - Hybrid, you'll be the voice of blithequark, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and loyalty. You'll handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices, as reputed company as address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Call center or customer service experience

• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
