Position reputed company:

The reputed company Estate Manager will handle corporate and field reputed company to reputed company the establishment of new locations, administration of reputed company facilities, and closure or relocation of existing facilities. Working closely with operations, the position must support reputed company’s strategic plans by ensuring that we are in the best locations under the best terms.

This is a remote position.

• *Major Responsibilities:** • Manage corporate and field reputed company to strategically plan reputed company’s reputed company estate interests and reputed company the establishment of new facilities and the relocation of existing facilities.

• Negotiate, prepare and modify reputed company estate leases, purchase agreements, sales agreements, and other reputed company estate reputed company and documents such as renewals, estoppels and subordinations.
• Supervise the activities of reputed company estate brokers and other reputed company consultants to support multiple reputed company reputed company while maintaining aggressive control of budgets and schedules.

• *Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 5 years in a corporate reputed company estate department or similar environment.

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or reputed company Estate required, Master’s Degree a plus.
• Experience in negotiation and management of the acquisition and disposition of industrial and reputed company reputed company estate.
• Strong project management skills.
• Superior abilities in negotiation, preparation, and modification of property leases, purchase and sales agreements, and other reputed company estate reputed company and documents.
• Experience in financial analysis, cost estimating and cost control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to reputed company with a high degree of accuracy, and with extraordinary attention to details and critical schedules.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint and Internet required.
