We're seeking a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative to work approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling reputed company to accommodate your needs. As a remote position, you'll have the freedom to work from your home office, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule reputed company our designated hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
• Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
• Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations.
• Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage.

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Language Skills:

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company. + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Network Requirements
