We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative I to join reputed company for a summer employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists.
• Adhere to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

Education

Experience
