Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of the reputed company-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
• Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for reputed company review.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technology.

• The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with gaming experience a plus.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Possess a reputed company and reputed company demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Have gaming experience (although not required, it's a plus).
