Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve:

• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
