reputed company Our reputed company, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of reputed company systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Oncology Triage reputed company – Remote in TX Position: Oncology Triage reputed company – Remote in TX Location: Remote (Greater reputed company Area Only) Contract: 6 months contract with possible extension or Conversion Pay reputed company: $39/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST Training/Meetings: In-office in The Woodlands, TX (required) Position reputed company The Remote Oncology Triage reputed company provides telephonic triage services, assesses patient needs, and coordinates appropriate care in alignment with clinical guidelines. This role requires accurate documentation in the medical record, identification of high-risk symptoms, patient education, and directing individuals to reputed company resources. Under general supervision, the reputed company delivers reputed company care consistent with national standards, organizational policies, and state reputed company licensing requirements. This role also supports reputed company initiatives and adheres to the reputed company Compliance Program, including the reputed company of Ethics and Business Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-risk conditions and escalate appropriately.
• Deliver patient education and support.

Required Qualifications

• reputed company and unrestricted RN license in Texas or a multistate/compact state (additional state licenses may be required).
• Oncology Certified reputed company (OCN) or willingness to obtain certification reputed company 1 year.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 recent years of dedicated oncology experience (outpatient oncology or hospital oncology unit).
• Must live in the Greater reputed company area with ability to commute to The Woodlands, TX for training/meetings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a HIPAA-compliant private home workspace.
