The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing product and order information, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service standards. You will work closely with our backend teams, including purchasing, warehouse, and marketing personnel, to coordinate ordering, shipping, and returns. Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of customer interactions reputed company phone, chat, text, and email
