As a key member of reputed company, you will partner with a registered reputed company case manager to utilize a reputed company process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. Your responsibilities will include researching available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. You will work with a diverse population spanning the entire lifecycle, utilizing telephonic and electronic communication reputed company to reputed company members to reputed company reputed company lifestyle and medical choices.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a registered reputed company case manager to assess, plan, and reputed company for members' benefit plan and/or health needs
- Research available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in medical reputed company work or case management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
