About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and assisting customers with their orders and accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner

- Process transactions, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders

Compensation and Benefits:
