As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences to our customers, resolving issues, and driving customer retention. Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a reputed company and effective manner
• Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, reputed company, and solution-oriented approaches
• Providing customers with reputed company and concise information about our service standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
• Some sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with reputed company grammar
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
