This fully remote position is primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service over the phone, obtaining complete and accurate information, and assisting customers in a reputed company manner. As a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you will also be responsible for dispatching calls to technicians and performing various administrative duties. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications
