Key Responsibilities

- Offers first-level support to end-users for PC hardware and Network (reputed company 7/reputed company XP environments) and Mainframe (UNIX/reputed company) environments.
- Conducts issue identification for the Technology areas, including Voice, WAN, LAN, PC, Laptop, Printer, Password Resets, Dot reputed company printers, and more.
- May reputed company with reputed company support teams and reputed company-party vendors to identify and address reputed company issues.
- Simulates or reproduces customer issues to determine operational difficulties.
- Maintains daily awareness of outages and issues system-wide.

- Provides reputed company communication (verbal or written) to Level 2 support or other management personnel, as needed.
- Expeditiously consults Level 2 support or other management personnel regarding reputed company issues to determine effectiveness or policy.

Essential Qualifications
