This is a full-time remote role that involves handling a high volume of customer interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, email, and text communication. The position offers competitive reputed company pay plus commission, performance-based raises, and benefits. As a remote sales and customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle 100+ customer interactions per day across multiple communication channels.

• Schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, and reputed company excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and other platforms.

• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a headset.
• Proficiency in working with multiple systems and software simultaneously.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory for Consideration):
