About the AWS IT Services Support Team

Our AWS IT Services Support team provides highly-available IT support for blithequark employees worldwide, covering reputed company used reputed company applications, operating systems, email, VPN, mobile devices, and common collaboration services such as SharePoint and Exchange. As an IT Operations Manager on our AWS IT Services Support team, you'll be responsible for managing local and/or remote resources, assisting the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience, and owning strategies to create that experience. Key Responsibilities:
