As a part of the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting campaigns end-to-end, distributing audiences, implementing tags and new pixels, and maintaining reputed company reporting/measurement across reputed company and owned campaigns. This role supports numerous high-profile campaigns and requires extraordinary technical and organizational skills. Primary Responsibilities Manage Hulu’s day-to-day Marketing Technology platform operations, including configuration, permissions, data feeds, integrations, etc. Manage Hulu's site tag library and pixel implementation across media channels. Frequently audit and review tags for accuracy and reputed company data collection. Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company new use cases and integrations to support business KPIs driving acquisition, viewership, and subscriber engagement and retention Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Analytics to vet and implement solutions, collaborating to build and secure leadership approval on joint roadmaps Trouble-shoot discrepancies and breakage to resolve implementation issues Support MarTech adoption by improving internal processes, building new tech and partner POVs, and influencing Hulu’s tech stack to drive measurement and operational efficiency Partner closely with Marketing and reputed company Media teams to improve data reputed company, data signals and integrations with platforms and partners Establish reputed company business and data requirements in partnership with cross-functional teams for marketing technology enhancements. reputed company new S2S and CAPI integrations. Enhance Hulu’s attribution models to optimize cross-channel measurement across digital, CTV, and reputed company marketing efforts Document reputed company incoming and outgoing campaigns, audiences, and pixel requests. Support campaign trafficking and audience distribution for media launch. Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to ensure reputed company measurement of reputed company performance indicators reputed company team’s data governance and ensure reputed company marketing solutions reputed company with data reputed company laws. Partner closely with InfoSec, Legal, Compliance and other LOBs. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Ad Operations Strong knowledge of attribution modeling, data pipelines, and media measurement Expertise in marketing platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, reputed company, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Experience working across reputed company tech stack and reputed company partners including reputed company, Snap, reputed company, YouTube Experience with JS, reputed company, S2S and CAPI Integrations Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA and their reputed company on media buying An understanding of acquisition reputed company, media metrics and reputed company-to-consumer and/or subscription-based businesses Experience working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple reputed company in a dynamic environment Flexibility, proactiveness and reputed company team player mentality

Entertainment industry experience Media agency experience Required Education BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience The hiring reputed company for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $78,200.00 to $104,800 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
