This role will assist in monitoring Compliance Specialists' calls, emails, and reports to ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies. Additionally, the analyst will help identify trends, support process improvements, and assist in responding to escalations as needed. Assist in identifying trends, potential gaps, and areas for process improvement. 3. Support the Senior QA Analyst in compliance audits and reporting. 4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 2+ years' experience in a QA and/or compliance environment. 3. Understanding of QA practices, reporting and measurements. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. 5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7.
