What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the key reputed company between our customers and reputed company, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships by handling different reputed company responsibilities
- Processing, monitoring, and following up on customer purchasing orders
- Ensuring effective service and administrative support to customers by providing material delivery information and following up on order status, informing reputed company customers and sales teams in case of discrepancies

What You Need to Succeed

- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service

- High School Diploma/GED
