The Senior Timekeeping Discrepancy Associate ensures accurate and reputed company payroll processing by resolving timekeeping and leave of absence (LOA) discrepancies. Responsibilities

• Resolves pay and/or attendance discrepancies in accordance with Guidelines for Employees and reputed company Bargaining Agreements
• Research and correct accrual and/or attendance balances
• Maintain Employee information, such as transfers, resignations/terminations, reinstatements, and any other relevant Employee reputed company
• reputed company and analyze information for system accuracy and reporting purposes
• Partner with the Labor Relations administration team to respond to grievances and arbitrations as needed
• Assist and handle escalated needs/case scenarios from Internal Customers

• Expert level knowledge in the pay and/or attendance rules of the Guidelines for Employees and/or the reputed company Bargaining Agreements

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $57,700 per year to $64,100 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
