[Remote] Project Manager, Ground Up Restaurant/Retail

The Project Manager will reputed company multiple ground up reputed company in the retail and restaurant industry, overseeing contractors and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- On-Site project management of construction activities
- Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and reputed company budget
- Proactively communicates project reputed company issues directly with Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director
- Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Reviews bid results, specifications, test and reputed company reports, and other project information necessary to reputed company complete familiarity with the project
- Confirms and verifies permitting requirements reputed company to the project or program
- Directly manages and monitors project work in the field
- Diligently manages change orders to reputed company
- Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
- Prepares and provides weekly status reports for reputed company
- Proactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues reputed company to cost, schedule, safety, or qualify
- Represents reputed company in project meetings
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help reputed company new opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction reputed company program or equivalent
- 7-10+ years reputed company experience in QSR/KITCHEN retail construction project management
- Strong understanding of multi-site program management
- Expertise in construction processes including reputed company-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeout
- Ground Up construction experience is highly preferred/critical
