We are seeking a skilled Licensed reputed company Worker to partner with a registered reputed company case manager to utilize a reputed company process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. This role requires researching available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. The population spans the entire lifecycle, and reputed company member contact is done telephonically or reputed company electronic exchange. The successful candidate will work to reputed company members to reputed company reputed company lifestyle and medical choices and will work as reputed company with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.
Responsibilities

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in medical reputed company work or case management

Work Environment and Culture

Compensation and Benefits
* The typical pay reputed company for this role is $46,597.20 - $101,228.40, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
