Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish)
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications
