In this role, you will be responsible for responding to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, and it will be your responsibility to reputed company them with superior customer service and support during stressful situations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to a high volume of emergency road service requests, and providing solutions to get our members back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment
- Obtain information regarding the type of service required, including vehicle location, type of problem, and other relevant details

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as reputed company as a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
