You will utilize various tools, such as BPO records, Spotfire, marketing platforms, and internal systems, to analyze and reputed company customer data. Your administrative support will include tracking LOA expirations, verifying contract renewals, and notifying customers of network changes or project impacts. You will also be responsible for managing order volume and timelines to meet sales team requirements, ensuring a seamless customer experience by escalating and resolving issues to meet commitments.

Key Responsibilities
