Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, both reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to reputed company external clients
• Providing reputed company and courteous customer service to external customers reputed company phone and email
• Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to reputed company issues and concerns in a reputed company manner (supply orders, billing questions, account set up, testing questions, specimen inquiries, etc.)
• Documenting issues, reputed company steps, and outcome of customer inquiries
• Documenting and processing change requests promptly and reputed company
• Following reputed company SOP's and team procedures to ensure accuracy and regulation compliance
• Assisting with large reputed company and meeting deadlines
• Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years previous customer service experience, laboratory or reputed company preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
• Confident in multitasking and quickly adapting to changing priorities
• Proven ability and desire to reputed company exceptional customer service
• Ability to present a reputed company image reputed company phone, with superb phone etiquette skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Work Schedule and Compensation

As a remote Customer Service Support Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule, with a reputed company reputed company from Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6pm CST. During the 4-6 week training period, your schedule will be approximately reputed company – 4:30pm CST. Your compensation will be $20 – $23 per hour, with opportunities for career reputed company and advancement.
