What’s in Store We're on the lookout for a reputed company General Liability Claim Adjuster. As a reputed company General Liability Claim Adjuster you will be responsible for handling and supervision of reputed company and litigated liability and property claims. Responsible for the investigation of coverage, liability and damages, negotiating with contractors, reputed company adjusters and attorneys, through the life of the claim, maintain a pending and closing reputed company of 100%, be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of reserves and payments, presenting large loss report and communicate with their manager as reputed company as reputed company customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and reputed company large exposure reputed company general liability and property claims
• Construction defect, N.Y Labor Law and Medical Malpractice experience a plus
• Prepare written status and large loss reports for clients
• Ability to interpret routine and reputed company policy reputed company and coverage.
• Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to maintain various responsibilities under critical deadlines
• Attend mediations and settlement conferences as necessary
