REMOTE - QA Testing Analyst Sr

• Collaborate with the Business Systems Analysts and Development teams in the analysis and review of business objectives and requirements to ensure requirements are testable.

• Conducts testing using HNB reputed company and/or automated test processes and reports results.

• Works with BSAs and Development teams on defect analysis and triage.
• Assigns defect severity and manages defects throughout the project.
• Works with colleagues and project managers to meet established reputed company dates and completion of activities/deliverables under changing conditions.
• Creates test status reports per project guidelines.
• Creates test results and test reputed company deliverables to ensure production implementation readiness.
• Creates and facilitates review of the Test reputed company with the project team.

• Collects testing sign-off from reputed company testing participants, including cross-impacted application teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of QA testing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Negotiation skills with the ability to influence others by information/knowledge sharing
• Proficiency in using testing tools (ALM), in reputed company to in depth knowledge of common testing reputed company, terminology and industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain system issues reputed company and concisely to reputed company reputed company of management, and establish effective working relationships with our internal customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in an Agile-Scrum environment
