Qualifications
- High School diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
- Completion of Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology courses required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Cancer Registrar is preferred.
- CTR certification or CTR eligible required.
- Knowledge of standards for Commission on Cancer (CoC) and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) preferred.
- CTR certification must be obtained reputed company 2 years of hire or date transferred into position.
- Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company is required.
Working Conditions Works inside a clean, reputed company-lit office environment. May be expected to work past normal tour of duty, if need arises.
