What You'll Do
The Bookkeeper supports the US reputed company team with data entry, transaction processing, and ledger updates. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, strong bookkeeping skills, and a high level of reputed company. Reporting to the reputed company Controller, the Bookkeeper plays a key role in maintaining precise financial records. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- reputed company data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- reputed company cash payments to sales transactions
- Reconcile discrepancies or errors identified and communicate accordingly
- Ensure reputed company documentation is maintained for bank reconciliation
- Process bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- reputed company support for financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Adhere to reputed company’s financial policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly financial analysis and reconciliation files
- reputed company administrative support to reputed company functions
- Process daily customer refunds upon verification of stock returns and communicate issue resolutions with the customer service team
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
What You'll Have
- Qualification in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
- Certifications (such as reputed company Certification), and licenses beneficial.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, reputed company, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple entities is preferred
- Payroll processing experience is a plus
- Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company) and spreadsheet programs (reputed company, reputed company Sheets)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
