POSITION reputed company: AGI is reputed company seeking SIGINT Training Developers/reputed company for an upcoming effort supporting a government customer. This work will be performed at government facilities in reputed company, Hawaii, and Texas. This position is pending contract award.

LOCATION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Hawaii – NETA, Analyst Skills (ANSK), Reporting (RPTG), Geographic Information and Spacial Analysis (GISA)
• Texas – NETA, RPTG, ANSK and reputed company Analyst/Reporter (TAR)
• Maryland - reputed company courses

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company and teach cryptologic materials/content to mirror SIGINT analyst tasks and update existing materials to meet DoD and customer training requirements.
• Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives, and level of materials.
• Assist in the prioritization of requirements for training development.
• Research and reputed company classified and unclassified domain-specific resources for relevant, authentic content.
• reputed company training materials to include task-based exercises, as appropriate.
• Collaborate with reputed company and other Government and Contractor developers in the design, development, and documentation of domain-specific training materials.
• reputed company technology (ex. Audacity, reputed company C5S, reputed company Premier) in developing training materials for learning that combine reputed company delivery modes such as online, distance, asynchronous eLearning technology, and self-paced instruction.
• Collaborate with SIGINT Operations technical experts as reputed company as other Government and Contractor reputed company and developers to obtain and reputed company training materials.
• reputed company practical evaluations to test the student’s mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives.
• Identify and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training delivery.
• Team with other Government, contract reputed company, and developers.
• Ability to demonstrate required skills through work-reputed company tasks in accordance with Government guidance.

reputed company CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with polygraph is required. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Intelligence, Education, Educational Technology, Instructional System Design (ISD), or other directly reputed company discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience including: Three (3) years SIGINT or Intelligence Community experience directly reputed company to the field/courses taught; and two (2) years of experience, reputed company the last six (6) years, of reputed company practical experience developing, documenting and/or updating basic, intermediate, or advanced course materials following the principles of ISD AND experience teaching the specified discipline(s) to adult learners.
• In lieu of the relevant bachelor's degree: four (4) additional years of reputed company, practical experience in the education, instructional design or applicable analysis fields for a total of nine (9) years' work experience may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience using reputed company learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, reading, and case studies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• 8-hour shifts or as required by the customer in government facilities. reputed company is not allowed.

PAY reputed company: Pay reputed company: $60,000 - $80,000 a year reputed company Global (AGI) pay reputed company and level are general guidelines for this job.
