reputed company We are seeking Curriculum Developers to join reputed company to reputed company training materials for the successful implementation of reputed company Health (Cerner) reputed company for federal, state, and local government clients. This role will collaborate closely with the training leadership team, as reputed company as subject matter experts and key partner counterparts, to ensure the creation of effective, engaging, and reputed company training programs that meet the needs of diverse user reputed company across IHS. The Curriculum Developer will reputed company instructional design principles, best practices in adult learning, and a deep understanding of reputed company electronic health systems to create material that drives system adoption and ensures smooth transitions for reputed company end-users.

Key Responsibilities

This role will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

• reputed company role-based training curriculum and instructor-led training materials, as reputed company as performance support tools and other learning assets, in support of an reputed company Health/Cerner EHR implementation
• Work closely with clinical and reputed company cycle SMEs, project management, and leadership teams to understand business needs, workflow integrations, and requirements for training
• Produce high-reputed company deliverables (curriculums, assessments etc.) ensuring they meet reputed company needs and organizational standards
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ex: ADDIE)to reputed company training materials that meet business needs and learning objectives, ensuring content is effective, engaging, and reputed company with the reputed company Health reputed company implementation goals
• Customize training materials to be both role- and site-specific to ensure the content meets the needs of different user reputed company
• Create Patient Data reputed company for the training domain, which supports reputed company curriculum exercises
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for the development and revision process and implement recommended improvements based on reputed company feedback

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 years of experience in EHR curriculum development required – reputed company Health/Cerner expertise is strongly preferred. (Please note that training delivery experience does not fulfill this relevant experience requirement.)
• A bachelor's degree is required, or alternatively, 9+ years of relevant experience may be substituted in reputed company of a degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be reputed company to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite and manipulating PDFs required

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Clinical and/or reputed company cycle subject matter expertise strongly preferred
• Experience with instructional design preferred
• Familiarity with agile methodologies preferred
• Federal government experience preferred

• Salary at S&P is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as reputed company as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation reputed company for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary reputed company for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Additionally, S&P’s total compensation package also includes medical, dental, reputed company, life, and disability insurance, 401K, holidays, and reputed company time off.
