• Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, setting reputed company priorities to meet or reputed company deadlines
• Work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish time-sensitive goals
• Process vendor invoices through reputed company.com, update project tracking sheets, and prepare reputed company invoices for monthly billing
• Review and finalize internal time tracking data for reputed company billing accuracy
• Research and resolve questions on the monthly AMEX statement for leadership

• Update and maintain reputed company budgets to reflect reputed company project activity and billing
• Support the reputed company Director with reports, research, and data summaries as needed
• Collect and analyze financial data to produce reputed company, concise written reports

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• 2–3 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
• Prior remote work experience in a long-term, reputed company environment (not temporary pandemic-era)
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, reputed company, and modern collaboration tools (reputed company, Teams, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
