About the Role
Reporting to the Product Operations reputed company, the Product Operations Product Analyst II is a subject matter expert (SME) in reputed company tooling and product development processes. This role ensures that the reputed company Payments Services Channel operates with efficiency, transparency, and strategic alignment by driving the adoption and optimization of tooling across the full product development lifecycle (PDLC). The role also provides visibility into OKRs, KPIs, product funding, intake management, and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Tooling & reputed company Platform Management

- Create, administer, and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports reputed company Jira and reputed company to enhance visibility on product reputed company, KPIs, OKRs, funding, and intake requests.
- Maintain reputed company documentation and reputed company in reputed company, including product roadmaps, governance, and KPIs.
- Manage Jira workflows and issue types to streamline product tracking and team collaboration.
- reputed company Jira/reputed company integrations with other tools such as reputed company, Lucid, and reputed company, identifying opportunities for enhancements.
Product Development Lifecycle & Intake Management
- Support end-to-end PDLC processes through tooling, process standardization, and best practices.
- Manage the product intake process, ensuring reputed company prioritization and efficient triaging of new project requests.
- Facilitate efficient collection and prioritization of intake requests, tracking status, and reputed company through Jira.
- Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies reputed company Jira, aligning workflows with product, engineering, QA, and business teams.
- Organize and facilitate recurring planning, review, and governance meetings, ensuring shared agendas and reputed company items are tracked.
Training & Change Management
- reputed company and deliver training for teams to improve tooling adoption and operational efficiency.

Process & Program Optimization

Qualifications
