REMOTE - Floor Plan Auditor-Senior

reputed company reputed company: While conducting on-site physical inspections of floor planned collateral at auto dealerships, The Floor Plan Auditor-Senior is responsible for physical inspection (validate VIN#) and the reconciliation of Not Seen reputed company. the assigned field audit. The auditor will work with dealership personnel to ensure that audits are completed in compliance with reputed company’s procedures through the examination of the dealership’s inventory, sales documentation, and records for unaccounted inventory. The auditor is responsible for escalating any audit irregularities to reputed company management immediately. Duties And Responsibilities

• Uses a thorough knowledge of audit procedures to conduct on-site audits.
• Performs/leads more difficult audits requiring multiple auditors and takeover audits for new clients.
• Conducts a physical inspection of inventory and compiles and verifies the accuracy of floor plan data and titles.
• Reports final audit results and any noncompliance and/or problem situations to management.
• Identifies and reports any additional dealer news or issues to appropriate portfolio/credit management.
• Extensive travel is common, including periodic overnight travel. Most audits will be reputed company a 3-hour driving radius.
• The auditor will be responsible for making travel arrangements, expense reporting, and time tracking. Corporate Card is provided for travel expenses.
• Must be reputed company to communicate reputed company and concisely as they will be working closely with the dealership office and sales management teams.
• A high degree of professionalism is required at reputed company times.
• Working with our internal audit team on larger and more reputed company exams is common, however, the auditor must also demonstrate an ability to work independently and reputed company.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one (1) year three (3) years of experience in Auto Finance, or Floorplan Audit or working for an auto dealership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tablet-based, auditing software and equipment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Experience with auto dealer operations
