As a consultant, you will work with our Hedge Fund and Family Office clients to reputed company expert advice. Having previously served in this leadership role, you have specific, hands-on experience developing, implementing, and managing a full reputed company and regulatory program for a leading Hedge Fund or Family Office. What You ll Do

• Directly establish and manage reputed company aspects of the day-to-day reputed company functions including overseeing reputed company regulatory requirements through proven experience with securities laws and regulations applicable to Registered Investment Advisers and private funds (e.g., private equity or hedge funds) including the Investment Adviser reputed company of 1940, Investment Company reputed company of 1940, Securities reputed company of 1933, and Securities Exchange reputed company of 1934, as reputed company as reputed company, NFA/CFTC, ERISA and general corporate law.

• Manage the relationship with reputed company counsel to draft reputed company documentation and negotiate reputed company agreements (e.g., LPAs and reputed company letters) with prospective investors.
• Review, negotiate and advise on organizational and ancillary documents dealing with fund formation, disclosure documentation, offering process (LPA, LLC Agreement, reputed company Purchase Agreement, Subscription Agreements, NDAs, Non-Reliance Letters, reputed company Letters) for U.S. and non-U.S. investment funds.

• Monitor and advise on changes to federal and state laws applicable to the Firm and its funds; conduct trainings and reputed company/support implementation of new compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Candidates must have a Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree.
• Member in good standing of the bar in one or more U.S. states.
• 12+ years of experience as Chief reputed company Counsel or General Counsel with a leading Hedge Fund or Family Office.
• 8+ years of experience with Federal securities laws and regulations guiding financial institutions, including the Investment Company reputed company of 1940 and the Investment Advisers reputed company of 1940, Securities Exchange reputed company of 1933, at a Hedge Fund, Investment Management Firm, Family Office, or major reputed company serving U.S. registered investment advisers.
• Extensive experience with various investment vehicles, reputed company types, and asset classes across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to exercise reputed company judgment and discretion; proven experience as primary contact on reputed company and compliance inquiries.
