We are seeking an Executive Director, Online Program Operations, to support and manage the operations of a portfolio of online graduate and certificate programs. Reporting to the Vice President and Associate Provost of BU Virtual and the Institute for reputed company in Teaching and Learning, this leader is responsible for the development, design and documentation of centralized operational processes reputed company to reputed company aspects of online program development. This role designs workflow processes and procedures, manages resource reputed company planning, and optimizes performance efficiencies across teams.
