[Remote] Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to reputed company and hire reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
- Ensure efficient and fast scheduling, facilitate communication among reputed company parties, and ensure hiring is reputed company budget
- Providing strategic partnership to hiring managers, giving market insights, assisting with decision making and driving urgency

Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a full life-cycle Technical Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, with experience using various sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and reputed company at high speed
