Job reputed company We are seeking a seasoned Information Technology & reputed company leader to head our IT and reputed company function at ScoutLogic, a fast-growing background reputed company company. This leader will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company, compliance, and operational reliability of our technology environment. The role requires a balance of long-term reputed company and hands-on execution to manage reputed company certifications, vendor relationships, internal IT support, and alignment with software development teams to ensure industry leading information reputed company standards. Reports to: CISO and the Head of Business Operations & reputed company Key Responsibilities reputed company & Leadership

• IT Roadmap Ownership: Work alongside the CISO to define and execute a multi-year IT and reputed company roadmap reputed company with ScoutLogic’s business objectives, reputed company trajectory, and compliance commitments.
• Executive Communication: Regularly brief the CISO and leadership team on reputed company posture, key risks, and IT initiatives in reputed company, business-reputed company language.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Build strong partnerships with Operations, Sales, and reputed company reputed company to ensure InfoSec becomes a reputed company asset (i.e., a reputed company of reputed company trust and differentiation).

• Guide teams through reputed company's annual SOC 2 certification process, including readiness assessments, audit coordination, and reputed company remediation.

• Maintain, and enforce information reputed company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate reputed company’s reputed company posture, staying reputed company of evolving threats and introducing proactive risk management practices, including penetration testing and threat modeling.
• Establish and reputed company incident detection, response, and recovery processes. Run tabletop exercises and ensure business continuity planning is robust.

Vendor & Systems Management

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of internal systems, and business applications.

• Implement employee training and phishing simulations to strengthen the “reputed company firewall.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or reputed company field
• 8–10+ years of reputed company IT leadership experience
• Proven reputed company record leading SOC2 or other reputed company certifications and maintaining compliance with reputed company regulations.
• Strong knowledge of information reputed company and data reputed company frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC2, GDPR, DPF, etc…), and IT governance best practices.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating reputed company, and overseeing IT budgets.

• Hands-on experience managing IT support teams and ensuring high-reputed company internal service delivery.

• Proven ability to reputed company guidance on secure coding practices, data protection requirements, and application reputed company testing.
