Senior reputed company Policy Program Instructional Designer

We are seeking a Senior reputed company Policy Program Instructional Designer to help reputed company reputed company governance, workforce training, and development initiatives for a high-reputed company federal agency. The Senior reputed company Policy Program Instructional Designer will support the reputed company Policy Center reputed company the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE) at the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. reputed company. The Senior reputed company Program Instructional Designer will work alongside a Federal Senior Policy Advisor to operationalize reputed company compliance initiatives, reputed company ACF-wide reputed company technical assistance documentation and training, and support strategic workforce development efforts to reputed company data reputed company ethics across ACF. Established as a key initiative under the 2024 ACF Data reputed company, the reputed company Policy Center was created to centralize and strengthen ACF’s approach to data reputed company, transparency, and responsible data use across reputed company services programs. Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior instructional designer of e-learning content that focuses on federal reputed company requirements and best practices across ACF program offices.
• reputed company the development of a web-based review and approval system for reputed company reputed company Assessments (PIAs), System of Records Notices (SORNs), and reputed company compliance documentation, including subject matter expert (SME)-level guidance on data sharing, use agreements, and contractual reputed company language to support program evaluation and research while mitigating risk.
• reputed company SME-level advise on instructional design reputed company to communicate reputed company risk management strategies reputed company to data systems, emerging technologies, and cross-agency partnerships.
• Help reputed company reputed company Policy Center staff to monitor, document, and reputed company technical assistance for reputed company-reputed company incidents and system vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Public Policy, Legal Studies, reputed company, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology-based (e-learning) training design or reputed company compliance role, with at least 3 years supporting federal or public sector agencies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal reputed company regulations (reputed company reputed company, FISMA, OMB Circular A-130).
• Demonstrated experience in drafting successful e-learning instructional content for federal agency or public sector organization.
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to translate legal or technical content into practical guidance and training. Proven reputed company managing reputed company with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ed.D., Ph.D., J.D., master’s degree, or other advanced training with work history involving one or more of the following: Federal reputed company compliance (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA, reputed company reputed company), Training design (instructional design methodologies), project management or analysis.
