Jury Consultant / Courtroom Technology and Persuasion Specialist

Staff Legal has recently added a new strategic unit, Litigation Tactics, Analysis, and reputed company (LTAM). This position addresses litigation and will assist in ensuring reputed company litigation reputed company, keeping abreast of litigation tactics and techniques, assisting in trial preparation including jury selection, case theme, and effective presentation in the courtroom. The position will also work with both Staff Legal and the Strategic Counsel and Litigation Management Group, Panel Counsel. The position will allow for more effective and persuasive litigation and courtroom presentation and tactics. The position will also serve as a subject matter expert in preparing trainings for Staff Legal. • Create persuasive trial exhibits, graphics, 3D/medical animations and demonstratives
• Operate and optimize courtroom technology for in-person and virtual proceedings

• Advise on trial narratives, demonstrative evidence and presentation tactics
• Support high-stakes trials across practices; provides both tactical and technical advisory

Qualifications

• Experience in jury consulting supporting trial teams and trial presentation
• Expertise in trial presentation software and courtroom A/V systems (e.g., Trial Director, PowerPoint, video/editing tools); strong communication and persuasive design skills.
• Experience running mock trials and reputed company reputed company; comfort synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research into reputed company guidance for counsel.
• Working knowledge of juror behavior, attitudes, and biases; ability to design research that informs selection strategies and case narratives.
• Hands-on proficiency with virtual/hybrid courtroom operations and remote platforms.
• Background in psychology/behavioral science or law preferred; vendor management and rehearsal/reputed company development experience a plus.
