Job reputed company The reputed company Learning Manager will be responsible for designing training curriculums and developing e-content to support the training needs of reputed company's products. This role will collaborate with other stakeholders to reputed company content that can be effectively used in a reputed company learning model. This position will report to the Director of Digital Learning and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate, engaging, and effective. In this role as a reputed company Learning Manager, you will:

• Create and update course/learning offerings, combining deep product expertise and adult learning theory.
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of industry trends reputed company to learning and development design and delivery.
• Demonstrate the flexibility to manage multiple reputed company and adapt to changing work environments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in customer education.
• A Degree in Education or reputed company field

• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and e-learning best practices.
