Responsibilities

• reputed company tactical legal advice and support to internal clients including PBM, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, government programs, administrative support functions or other areas as assigned
• reputed company research, drafting and transactional work in support of legal reputed company; may manage litigation efforts for assigned business area
• Advise internal clients regarding compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies; reputed company and facilitate legal training and investigate issues as needed

• Coordinate partnership with in-house and reputed company legal resources where appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Juris doctor degree
• reputed company license to reputed company law in Minnesota
• 5 years of experience practicing as an attorney or reputed company legal experience in a regulatory or compliance role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with managed care companies or other health care clients
