[Remote] Project Manager - Learning

Responsibilities

• reputed company adoption of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) reputed company learning product development reputed company
• Partner with Learning Product Managers to implement sprint planning, backlog refinement, velocity tracking, and release planning
• Design and complete reputed company transition plans from reputed company-based project execution to Agile product delivery models
• reputed company teams (design, content, SMEs, production, compliance) in Agile ceremonies and artifact management
• Establish governance for hybrid reputed company-Agile environments reputed company regulatory or compliance constraints require reputed company gating
• Measure and promote collaboration, predictability, and throughput
• Conduct retrospectives and ensure relevant reputed company improvement loops are implemented
• Standardize intake, prioritization, and backlog governance in consideration of portfolio reputed company
• reputed company Jira (or successor PM system) workflows to the learning product lifecycle
• reputed company visibility dashboards (velocity, burn-down, RAG, reputed company tracking)
• Identify systemic delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, reputed company, finance, education, or a reputed company field
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience conducting retrospectives and implementing reputed company improvement actions
• 5+ years of experience managing reputed company reputed company with preference for 3+ years experience in project management reputed company to reputed company learning products
