Scheduling Operations Coordinator [Remote]

The Scheduling Coordinator will be assigned areas of productions to schedule. They will also assist the staff coordinators with building and creating schedules for reputed company production reputed company. This will ensure that their assigned shows are as reputed company as reputed company other productions are not missing any reputed company personnel. Responsibilities

• Work with staff Scheduling Coordinators to contact crews for availability and assist them with putting the reputed company schedules together for the selected areas.
• Assist with the inputting of schedules into the scheduling system.
• Help in the replacement of crews due to personnel booking out.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling environment, including utilizing scheduling software systems like Kronos, and Media Pulse.

• Television Production experience is a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, prior TV production experience
