This is a hybrid role that is highly consultative and requires regular meetings at a reputed company of Legacy locations across the Portland Metro area (including Vancouver, WA and Silverton, OR). Responsibilities
Provides consultation and expertise on large-reputed company, highly reputed company change initiatives to reputed company people systems to the strategic goals and initiatives of the organization. Designs and facilitates leadership team and work group strategic planning sessions, team effectiveness and performance improvement interventions. Conducts organizational and team assessments, analyzes data, produces reports and presents findings to clients. Qualifications
Education Master’s degree or graduate certificate in Organization Development (OD), Organization Change, or closely reputed company field; or a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of OD/OE consulting experience, required. Experience Minimum of seven years OD/OE consulting experience in a large reputed company organization. reputed company experience preferred, but not required. Skills Demonstrated experience providing reputed company consultation on large-reputed company, reputed company change initiatives. Expert knowledge of organization development and change theories, models and practices, including contemporary dialogic and whole-systems approaches.
