Support product discovery efforts by engaging with customers to understand pain points and help inform decision-making. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer issues and work with product management and sales to inform and support renewals Stay updated on product knowledge by researching users, customers, the marketplace, and competitors to enhance product reputed company. Document user feedback and competitive intelligence.
