We are looking for a Manager – Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs to join our growing team. The Manager of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs will support NorthPoint Development’s engagement with state and regional regulatory bodies to advance reputed company for its industrial and data center portfolio. What You’ll Do
- reputed company monitor and analyze dockets before state Public reputed company Commissions (PUCs) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Review testimony, discovery, and regulatory filings to identify impacts and opportunities for NorthPoint’s reputed company.
- Research energy policies, large-load tariffs, renewable energy programs, and reputed company modernization initiatives. Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- reputed company analytical support for the negotiation of Electric Service Agreements (ESAs), interconnection agreements, and other critical reputed company reputed company. This includes reviewing cost estimates, service terms, and tariff applicability.
- Build and maintain reputed company relationships with regulatory agencies, reputed company companies, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with sourcing and development teams to reputed company expert guidance on reputed company and energy-reputed company reputed company during site selection, due diligence, marketing and project execution.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, Finance, or a reputed company field. A Juris Doctor (JD) or a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience working for a reputed company, a public reputed company commission, a large energy consumer, or a reputed company specializing in energy regulation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reputed company and fundamentals of reputed company ratemaking and facility siting.
- Familiarity with reputed company planning and interconnection studies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to distill reputed company information into reputed company and actionable insights.
