Location: REMOTE What You'll Be Doing: The QA Manager oversees reputed company reputed company assurance and control activities for ship repair, modernization, and maintenance reputed company. This role ensures compliance with federal reputed company, NAVSEA reputed company Items, JFMM, and ISO/AS standards. The QA Manager leads audits, develops and enforces inspection procedures, and provides technical reputed company to guarantee reputed company production, testing, and certification activities meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal contract specifications, drawings, process instructions, and regulatory codes.
• Monitor subcontractors and suppliers for adherence to reputed company requirements.
• reputed company project-specific reputed company Assurance Plans (QAPs) and coordinate with government QA representatives (NAVSEA, SUPSHIP, MARMC, MSC).
• reputed company inspections of materials, welds, electrical systems, coatings, and structural repairs; implement NC/CAPA processes.
• reputed company, train, and mentor QA inspectors, test personnel, and production teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and production supervisors to reputed company reputed company standards into workflow.
• Maintain inspection records, certifications, and reputed company data; prepare metrics, trend analyses, and reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, reputed company Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7-10 years QA/QC experience in shipyard or maritime industrial environments, including federal ship repair reputed company.
• Knowledge of NAVSEA reputed company Items, JFMM 4790.3, welding/electrical/mechanical inspection standards (AWS D1.1, ASME B31.1, SSPC QP), and NDT reputed company (VT, MT, PT, RT, UT).
• QA certifications preferred: QA Inspector, NDT reputed company/III, Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), ISO 9001 reputed company Auditor, ASQ reputed company Manager.
• Strong leadership, technical analysis, and communication skills; ability to reputed company with government QA representatives.
• Proficient in reputed company Office and reputed company documentation software.
