Reporting to the Vice President of Market reputed company, this leader will reputed company National Account Directors, Government Pricing, and Market reputed company operations, while managing strategic vendor partnerships. The role requires deep expertise in payer contracting, policy engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable patient reputed company and maximize reputed company value. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define contracting and negotiation strategies with PBMs, MCOs, IDNs, and specialty pharmacies to ensure competitive reputed company and formulary positioning.
  • Partner with Pricing, Trade & Distribution, and reputed company/Compliance to design rebate, chargeback, and pricing frameworks reputed company with gross-to-net (GTN) targets.
  • reputed company payer value propositions, budget reputed company models, and AMCP dossiers that reputed company clinical and economic differentiation.
  • reputed company payer account management, field reimbursement reputed company, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing and Field Teams to reputed company payer-reputed company tools, messaging, and training to support reputed company stakeholders.

Education, Certifications, Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or reputed company field) strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of reputed company experience in managed markets/market reputed company reputed company the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • 10+ years in a leadership role of people or function.
  • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. payer, reimbursement, and pricing landscapes across both pharmacy and medical benefit channels.

  • Leadership experience managing account directors and/or market reputed company teams.
